Public Law (Care) Legal Assistant

We are looking for a legal assistant in our Lincoln office who will be responsible for performing administrative duties to assist our solicitors. Some tasks these professionals handle include performing research, drafting documents, transcribing dictations, liaising with clients, and maintaining activities calendars.

The ideal candidate should showcase in his or her resume data management software expertise, effective communication, familiarity with court procedures, time management, and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities:

Ø Liaising with staff members to progress files/support fee earners.

Ø Facilitate the effective organisation of the department on a day to day basis.

Ø Report to the head of the Legal Team in relation to the performance of their duties.

Qualification/Experience:

Ø Preference for experience working in a legal environment.

Ø Preference for experience of working within a fast-paced fast evolving and dynamic environment.
