Adam is a Solicitor specialising in Family Public Law and is an Accredited Member of the Law Society Children Panel of England and Wales.
Adam regularly accepts instructions from CAFCASS to represent the interests of children in Care Proceedings. Adam also accepts instructions to represent parents in Care Proceedings.
Adam regularly deals with cases concerning neglect, sexual abuse, substance misuse, non-accidental / inflicted injuries and missing children. Adam has also taken instructions from CAFCASS to represent the interests of children in cases where there are concerns about child exploitation, human trafficking and imposter syndrome. In addition, Adam has also represented children whose parents reside outside of the jurisdiction and is able to advise on complex cross-border issues concerning children in Care Proceedings.
At the time of Adam’s appointment to the Law Society Children Panel on 1st November 2023, he was the youngest Children Panel Solicitor in England and Wales out of a pool of over 1500 solicitors.
Adam is now responsible for training other members of the Public Law Care Team for Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Newcastle.
