GEM Awards 2024: A Night to Remember

We are proud to announce our win at the Lincoln BIG Going the Extra Mile Awards 2024.

We are thrilled to share that we were awarded the Professional Services Award at the Lincoln BIG Going the Extra Mile Awards on Wednesday night. This incredible achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and passion of our entire team, and we couldn’t be prouder.

To be shortlisted, we were up against tough competition, including well-known national businesses operating in Lincoln. The process involved submitting a detailed written application and welcoming a mystery shopper to our front of house to enquire about a will. We are delighted to have passed with flying colours. Out of 156 local businesses who were nominated, we were selected as one of the 27 finalists across 9 categories, placing us among the top 9 businesses in the region for customer service. This recognition means a great deal to us, as providing exceptional client care is at the core of everything we do.
